She's so silly inspired by turtles! idk why but this is the first STS skin I'm making!

STS is a dsmp rewrite btw so this is my Drista rewrite kinda? But Dixie is a LOT different but loves turtles and is a chaos goddess

She's literally made of cloaks soooo design was a bit hard to accomplish :< but I got it!
