Oh dw it's not so similar, i included that rule in my desc for the people who directly take a piece of one of my bases, cut away the rest, change a few colors and calls it theirs ! (Yes that happened a few times in contests)
Inspiration can mean it's a little similar in vibe or shading but it's never the exact pixels shape, your were inspired but you made your own shape, shading, and choice of colors so you can fully use this in a contest
I'll think to clarify the rule on my profile to avoid confusion x)

I’m not planning any contest with dresses anyways I always try to avoid those tbh
