the uniform is the first M23 parade-style naval uniform model worn by the Soviets from 1943 to 1945. Major General Dushin wore this specific uniform, and it's by far my favourite naval uniform. the blue piping on it was specifically adorned for the aviation branch of the military, fun fact! :)
