Once a young teen ran from home into technoland where technology rules the future, but he ran and ran to the depot, where he got spare parts, because out in the wild the monsters were unbelievable, and he needed to fix himself, so he got to work. the kid, who named himself Rouge, worked for ages, with many mistakes and many successes, he was finished. He was more cyborg than human, and he was really fast. so, he got named the famous criminal, The Rouge Runner.
