hes the toymaker! got inspiration from a poppy playtime song by the stupdendium: the toybox, hes not actually fully biological(other words hes not fully a orange steve anymore)he is like the poppy playtime co toy monsters part artificial toy organic thing that is stylized after a orange steve, he did look like that when he was alive however(his actual body is also being preserved in some secret chamber in his factory wooooo-oooo)
