Round 3 is a themed round

Theme: Ballroom
For this round you have to make a skin wearing either the guy's outfit, or the lady's outfit. But make sure it fits the theme!

Rules:
- Tag with " katster3 " copy and paste just to make sure it's right
- You must use the theme
- No copying other peoples' designs
- No using bases
- Must be shaded
- Submit your entry in the comments
