One of the Jack brothers along with Phobos. Long ago they were possessed by the incarnation of evil itself. Together under the spirits control they created the most powerful empire the world has ever seen. It is an empire run by fear and control. Not so long ago however Phobos broke free of the spirits control. Since then Deimos' empire has been shrinking ever so gradually.
