Determination.
Thought it would be cool to make a chara skin that was identical to my Frisk skin except for the colours and face.

Also i know Chara has never been shown with red eyes but there's that cutscene at the end of a corrupted pacifist ending where Chara possesses Frisk and they have red eyes and also chara having red eyes has become such a mandela effect type thing in the fandom that it just felt right.
