Booker is a Lieutenant in the Foxtrot Battalion. He is second most respected soldier in the 444th other than Commander Branch. He got the nickname, "Booker", for being by the book. That is also the reason he doesn't customize his armor besides a Kama. pauldron, and an insignia on his chest to represent his rank.
