omg its another oc of mine!!
its a version of me, who, basically, thought he was a player, found out very abruptly that he wasnt, and was instead a 'copy' of who he thought he was, and because of that, went crazy and tore his skin off.
this skin specifically is for a crack rp in which he becomes friends with another copy of one of his old friends, who made him his outfit. the coloured streaks in his hair are from him absorbing steves :)
