A lore tidbit:
A Soul cursed with a sickness to wander the earth until it is slain, they seek cover from light and are burnt by it, it is the only known method of slaying a shadow, this is one of many, but unlike many others, this shadow took to a wandering lifestyle, dying robes of a dead wandering trader a color that would make it so this one could wander and hide while being protected from the light of the sun, or of others.
