Soo, ive been wanting to get back into doing neon skins for a while now... but I've been doing so many reshades that I thought I didn't have time to make one.... that was until I found this contest by Fionka!

This was really fun! Im quite pleased with the way this skin turned out. (especially after not doing anything neon for so long lol)
