Absinthe - Arknights

Absinthe is one of my favorite character designs in Arknights, despite its relative simplicity when compared to other characters. When I first started playing the game, I was disappointed to learn she was only from an event, but imagine my surprise when I figured out that you could replay old events in this game and still get the rewards. Poggers!

Unfortunately, I couldn’t figure out a way to incorporate her bear ears without them looking like some weird floating pixels, so I just excluded them from the skin. I care about how skins look in-game, because uploaded skins aren’t really just little art projects; they’re also usually going to be used as people’s avatars in-game. Speaking of, I had to go in-game and find a lot of little oddities in this skin. I fixed all of them, though; it just took logging in and out over and over. (I just go into third person and walk around looking at the skin; you’d be surprised how many things look a little weird in-game.)
