~A Wizard's Apprentice, P5~ (DESC)

The Phantoms swooped down on my, all three of them at once.
I knew I didn't have a chance at fighting them, so I ran, leaving the awful creatures behind me, fleeing into forest.
Colors had begun to streak the eastern horizon, bring the sun---hope. The Phantoms would burn in the sunlight, as long as they didn't kill me first.
SKREEEEEECK!!!
They swooped again, two swooping past me, but the third bit deep into my forearm, its needle-like teeth sending a sharp pain through my body.
I cried out in pain and smacked at with my other hand. It released my and retreated above the canopy of trees to regroup with the others for another attack.
I ran on, fiery pain pulsing through my legs. But the fear in my chest pushed me forward, giving me the energy I needed.
The sun would be out in less than half an hour, until then, it was a running and/or hiding game. I had no choice if I wanted to live. I couldn't fight. I could never bring myself to kill a creature, I had my bee blood to thank for that.
When they attacked again, I managed to dodge two again, but the third one again was able to attack, smacking me with its tail. This knocked me off balance, sending me tumbling into a river.
