Mud (Minecraft Earth)

Mud was a fluid in Minecraft Earth that slowed down entities. I've slapped the texture onto this decorative head to preserve one of the lesser-known aspects of MC history. Enjoy :)

In Minecraft Live 2021, it was announced that mud would be added to the base game in The Wild Update, albeit as a solid block rather than a fluid.

Mud was able to be picked up or deposited via a bucket. When picked up, the player obtained a bucket of mud. A bucket of mud was obtainable rarely from certain tappables, as well as from crafting using a bucket of water and 8 dirt blocks.
