Rio - Eternal Return

In this skin, Rio's hair is intentionally placed in front of her eyelashes, I think this gives her a bit of an unemotional demeanor, and mimics how you can't see her eyebrows in her own design. If it bothers you, you can take this to the skin editor and remove a single pixel in the overlay layer of her hair (bars) directly above each of her pupils.

I actually intended to make a skin of a DIFFERENT white haired, bow wielding, anime girl from another game; Platinum from Arknights. BUT, I found a skin that somebody else made of her that I liked already, so I don't really care to make my own skin for her. (Said skin: https://www.planetminecraft.com/skin/platinum-centaurea-from-arknights/ ) To me, making skins for characters is less about just making my own skins, and more about filling the pool of characters that people can play as in Minecraft in an art style that I like. This isn't to say that skins before the ones I made for characters are bad by any means though.
