why hello there

this is my entry for oncewasprotostar's skin base contest:

prompt was to make a outfitless or simply-outfitted person.. base.. thing.

i went with an undersea theme cause i like the ocean like i promise you if you tell me to make something, period, i will make an ocean themed thing.
