Thanks to ParkerClowns, their awesome skin was a base for this. I added some features and things that didn't need to be added cuz I made a few characters and wanted to make one last version. It's a cool skin and the only reason I'm uploading it is because people keep asking for the link for my skin for some reason. Here's the link to the original. Best with 3D skin layers.
