Solar Lore #3

Solar sighed. She was doing what she always did when Shadow left for several days to do this or that.She was staring at the wall trying to think of something interesting to do. After a while, she gave up and started trying to answer some of her many questions. Like, why did Shadow always keep her locked up in their new home, why did he get prickly (no pun intended) when she asked about her life before the lab, and why did they have to hide? Shadow's answer to that last one was always 'to keep us safe. Keep them safe from what? That question shadow never answered. Solar was glad that he wanted to keep her safe, even if she didn't know what from, but she wanted more freedom. Freedom to explore. Freedom to make friends and see the world. But for that to happen, Solar would have to take matters into her own hands. She stood up and grabbed the USB drive that she had hidden and used it to transfer information from Shadow's computer into her own laptop. Then, she quickly hacked the Door's lock and stepped outside. Solar Smiled "Now it's time to have an adventure."
