Hunter zolomon a police officer friend's with Wally's flash is permanently crippled by grodd after asking Wally to time travel and being told no i=he tries doing it himself on the cosmic treadmill but suddenly he gains the ability's to control how fast time moves for him so he becomes a villain for the flash to make him a better hero named ZOOM!!!
