A character from the game Master Detective Archives: RAIN CODE by developer Too Kyo(?).

This skin was a pain. Detail in the face is painful to cram together, and everywhere else is largely plain except for tiny, fancy details that can't be properly conveyed with such limited space. I think it turned out alright though, all things considered. Just... really not that accurate
