Error2212 is a watching, attacking and mysterious entity. he spawns weird structures and interesting mobs.

other than that he appears when making a ritual.

the ritual is a square of 9 blocks made out of cobblestone

then a gold block in the middle.

then place four redstone torches on top of the ritual.
