H2O (100 followers reshade contest!)

Her right arm is meant to have a blaster on it, like megaman. You can interpret it however you want though!

The idea behind the name (besides the blue color scheme) is that her head/blue hair is the oxygen atom, while the red buns are the hydrogen atoms, and the white hair ties are the bonds, making it look like an H2O molecule.
