Chapter 2

As he suffocated in the water, he saw a door. He hurriedly swam with all his might and reached the door. Upon opening a door, an ominous figure stood by behind, grabbing John into the abyss. John was then unconscious, not knowing what had happened. As he woke up, he was in a pitch black room, all the walls were opaque and the only light source was a ceiling light. As he stared into the ominous and eerie void, he quickly tried to find an exit to the place. However, he couldn't find anything. He was trapped. Looking back and looking at where he was, no escape whatsoever, John's skin turned cold and clammy, his legs started to tremble, and butterflies entered his stomach. He started crying, and his heart started to beat rapidly, and abnormally, as chills ran down his spine. His eyes started turning puffy, and red. Tears started to form under his eye, as he prayed to the gods that this whole thing was just a nightmare. However, the void offered a warm welcome, and John accepted it carelessly. This was his life now...
