Cipher

A malicious piece of code once purposed to enhance and boost the technological weapons created by the techno trooper. It was meant to be an upgrade for him. However, the code soon became corrupt and gained sentience after someone had tampered with it. It created Cipher in the process. An infected sentient virus with nothing but the intent to eliminate any form of technology by absorbing it into its own powers. Due to its original purpose, it can now mimic technology and mimic the powers of any tech user it fights. It can also upgrade itself by absorbing pieces of technology to then later create enhanced versions of it from its own body.
