An enhanced superhuman with the abilities of technokinesis and more. He is able to wireless control technology around him and move them around telepathically, being able to wirelessly enhance it and turn it into weaponry. Not only that, he can also summon a variety of floating technological turrets and weapons which he can use as various projectiles. Imagine Ultimate Echo Echo’s sonic discs but they summon more than just loud echos. Electric projectiles, laser beams, sonic waves, etc. He can also summon weapons directly from his body, melee weapons and projectile based weapons which could practically be any form of advanced tech he can imagine. The inspiration for this dude was Upgrade from Ben 10 but in particular in the Generator Rex episode Heroes United where Upgrade merges with Rex and creates for him really strong weapons. Imagine this techno trooper being that but better basically.
