Eye watcher was born in a ancient civilization that went extinct because of the multiverse watchers so he became mad and started destroying multiverses gaining the power of sight and destroyed everything as he had everything that you could think of this in turn made him extremely powerful so he made the chi ni sans to destroy multiverses for him but it backfired so they got about twenty chi ni sans to gather up and defeat eye watcher after this they blinded him preventing him from being even more powerful, this would bring peace to the multiverse.
