next to the image of the skin, there should be four buttons
"Upload to minecraft.net"
"Download"
"Wardrobe"
and "Edit"
click download, then go to your minecraft launcher, go to "Skins" and click "New skin" then "Browse" and double-click the latest file
thats how i do it at least, idk if its different for you lol
