Phobia Balance (Gen4)

With defeating Psychotic and freeing Void, Galactal and Origin, Dest sadly died. Balance kept his sword in a vault that no one could get to besides him. At least that’s what he thinks. Once Void comes to him with an issue, Voided One starts causing problems in the OverWorld and disrupting everyone’s peace. In the middle of a fight with Soulice, Chorum, and Void Dancer, Balance turned a yellow steve that happened to be with the gen4 balancers at the time into Phobia Balance. This is the same Yellow Steve that was the RQ Nightmare.
