In the tribe of the swamp people, Mohzer honed in on his water abilities and in doing so became more powerful with that skillset. He decided to make a suitdecided to enhancing the power of his raw-waterabilties or riptide abilities. Through his training and the resources he gathered from the small tribe in the swamps. He built a new suit and hid it away in his private vaults of the Mohzer Palace in which he was the only one who had access.
