hello everyone! this is the first news article that you readers suggested!

this week’s suggestion was made by hottopix, who suggested useful tools for skinmaking :)

colour wheel: the colour wheel is the most important tool in skinmaking! click on one area of the colour wheel to select that colour, and click on an area of the square to select the starting shade :)

pen tool: the pen tool is used for drawing pixels on a skin! it’s one of the most basic tools out there! it’s shaped like a pencil and is the first tool you see in the editor :)

eraser tool: the eraser tool erases pixels, and leaves an empty space in it’s place! it looks like a half and half eraser, and is the second tool in the editor :)

paintbrush tool: the paintbrush tool instantly shades the skin, by creating a random pattern of colours similar to the starting shade! i would not recommend using this, as it makes the skin look messy.

bucket tool: the bucket tool makes an entire of one of the skin’s parts a solid colour!

plus/minus tool: the plus and minus tool decreases/increases the shade of the skin! it’s vety useful for skinning :)

hopefully this helped! see you next week :)

some additional tools will be in next week’s article <3
can you add a copy and paste mechanism
You should definitely add the eyedropper tool, probably the 3rd most used tool (at least for me it is)
cool so which article is next?

You forgot to mention that the paintbrush tool only uses lighter shades of the color that you're using.
i do know that, but the description was running out of space.
