this guy is like 20-ish and is metoring this one kid that has alot of potential himself, so the organization that he works for ( they help capture people with powers and make them strong so they can fight monsters [ still working on those too ] )
though that he would be able to teach him, even though in the story hes like super feared by all the other people in the organization, so the kid dosnt know anything about his power ( therefore the audience dosnt )
