so this is a complete redo of the skin. basically, the reshade skin was on the outer layer and since i wanted to make some changes to the design and color, i just made this from scratch.

also about the name
its the name of scott's empire in empires 2 and i thought this looked like a more toned-down female version of his skin and matched the colors from his empire a bit.
