My motivation for this skin was just to use my Hair Base in a full skin.

I realised that I had created a Hair Base sometime ago and wanted to make a full skin out of it.

I named it 'Dull Hearted Sadness' mostly because 'Gray' represents dullness, 'Blue' represents sadness and the top is a is in the shape of a Heart.
