In the modern day, people have mystical abilities, passed down through generations. If you are born into a good family with great gifts, you are blessed. ifyou are born into a family with poor gifts, you are cursed. And in this, there are a group of misfit teens just wanting to see the world.

When you make a character, you will add your ( rp ) family to the template ( will be posted in the comments of signup skin. ) Here is a list of families and their generational gifts.

Songh family; telekinesis, and rarely being able to mesmerize people with their singing
Fitz family; flame manipulation, and at a higher level flame creation.
Perronis family; animal communication.
Meriss family; emotion detection and control ( to a certain extent )
Ulda family; light manipulation.
Silvi family; flower / plant manipulation

Those are some pre-made families that you can use for your character, but you could make you own. I will have to approve the family / ability though
