In the memory where Ganondorf swears loyalty to Rauru you can see at his right and left two figures with golden masks and same skin color as ganondorf. Well i think those two figures are Kotake and Koume.

the only thing that changes is the pattern o the whitething on the shoulder which says the name i think

i checked but i cant see a thing in their foreheads except for the golden masks
the other designs has a ruby and sapphire in the forehead but thats not the same in totk
