Consequence (The Specter)

People hear the name Consequence think punishment to those who did wrong. It's actually someone who brings judgement to those who think running from their crimes would save them, keep them safe. WRONG. The Specter, people called him, is The Very Being Of CONSEQUENCE. He will stalk his prey and watch their every move. Keeping an eye out for key things they could use against their prey. Even if they're more powerful then them, there is one power no one thought The Specter would have. The Ability To Nullify And Even Absorb Powers, even some that would attempt to steal his powers. No one can hit him or hurt him and even super strength was legit strength, He is unable to move or break. That power is called Endurance. The Powers he has are Nullify And Absorb Powers, Endurance, Mental Breaker (not a power but a skill), Ice And Lightning, And Purple Fog (this fog is his choosing but it can be poisonous if he wants to or any type of gas, even scare gas.) The way he punishes his prey is by tormenting them by voices they heard and even killed. Even telling them stuff that can break someone's mind, driving them insane. A Powerful Skill. So be careful, The Specter is still out there watching.
