An experimental version of Steve tested by mad scientist into becoming half cyborg, which the monstrosity invention is made from the deepest depths of the burning...nether,bits of warden's horns were involved in the cyborg armour, other "hellish" items were combined in that cyborg armour, once done the scientists were confident about taking over the world
