Harvey Dent also known as Two Face is one of the villains in Batman. The reason why his face is cut in half is because he only escaped halfway out off a house that exploded. After the incident not only his body was cut in half also his soul and every time he has to make a decision his bad side fights against him and because off that he always throws a coin to make his decisions.
