Hypno Steve Ultimate

For this guy, I wanted to incorporate a fantasy themed mind controller. Kinda like those fortune tellers who supposedly tell you your future. With Hypno, I wanted to make him this fantasy, mysterious wizard like being who has the ability to control minds through hypnosis, mainly done through the contraption on his chest or his eyes. Hypno himself is now blind. Well physically. He is still aware of his surroundings because the incident that gave him his powers (watch FavreMySabre’s Rainbow Quest) gave him enhanced foresight. This meant he knew what the end of the universe looked like and now had infinite knowledge, but to be granted this as a normal Red Steve, his body nor intelligent mind could handle the vast knowledge, driving him insane. He can create illusions and is a master manipulator. He can also change his form into whatever he wants as a manipulation tactic, and can manipulate sound too, mimicking it as he pleases. He is also able to create an aura of darkness around him, whoever falls into this aura will fall under his control. The dark aura also has the ability to become tangible and grab others as a way of pulling them into Hypno’s control.
