Time Steve Ultimate

For this dude I took heavy inspiration from the Ben 10 character Professor Paradox and what he can do. Rather than making time simply just a time bender, I wanted to add more depth to him. First of all the gauntlet on his right arm directly mirrors the chrononavigator from Ben 10. Furthermore I wanted to go for a Victorian yet futuristic theme somehow and keep both themes in his outfit to show that Time lives in multiple dimensions at once. Time is able to travel to different dimensions, time bend as usual, has extensive knowledge on the multiverse and knows what will happen next in the timeline. However even with such an ability, he is still bound to the rules of reality itself and must act as a guiding spectator rather than a direct helper in worldly matters. He cannot help Sabre as he usually does physically, but he now only shows up from time to time when the fate of the multiverse is at stake.
