The design idea for this one was to make Void Steve look like an actual void. I feel like his original form doesn??t highlight the fact that he??s even a Steve. I guess you could argue it??s because he??s more Darkness than Steve now but still, I figured keeping the Steve look would make for a good way for Void to mock the fact that he??s essentially puppeteering a dead decaying body, being Seer. The blue effects come from his blue powers bc yk, darkness and blue fire. Watch Rainbow Quest if you don??t understand that one.
