Ei was born the crown princess of Atlantis, but her father wanted his first son to be king. He told the maid to give the baby to the witch, and told his wife that her baby had died. The witch that Ei was given to fed on negative emotions, so the witch told Ei that she was the crown princess, and that she deserved the crown. All while the witch was becoming rich off of child support that the king was paying her. Since the witch didn't want Ei to feel negativity about her, she dressed Ei in the most beautiful and elegant clothing. Eventually Ei got so jealous of her brother, that when it was her brother??s coronation she had a plan to kill him. After she failed, she was taken to the gallows. The ghost of Ei is said to haunt the royal family.
