I've decided a rule for my skin titles:
If it's a story, it's not + symbols, it's ~ symbols.
And apparently if it's for chat skins or role play skins then... idk don't ask me I'm writing a story out of sheer boredom, come on.
Rant over...
This is chapter ONE of my custom story: "Distant Wars"!
This story is of two lovers who were separated by war. Short, yet heartbreaking.
Their town, Syrrenia was fought over by two opposing sides - Osarlyum and Milington - of which it was divided, both kingdoms being given exactly fifty percent of the town each. Our main characters - Kai and Rosaline - were forced to be separated because of this division, and consequently, had to go face-to-face in battle.
(Kingdoms / towns pronounced "sigh-ren-eeya", "oh-sar-liam", and "mile-ington".)
SOBBING IT HAS ROMANCE IN IT DON'T ASK WHY I HATE LOVE BUT I NEED A COMPELLING STORYLINE, OKAY???
The story will be in the comments, sort them by oldest.

Jack, gasping for air, ran up behind me, placing his hand upon my shoulder. "Is she gone?" He said bluntly.
I attempted to stand up, using the lamppost beside me as support, but fell immediately, so Jack helped me up.
"She's gone." I sobbed.
"Kai, don't let me leave you." She sniffed.
"I won't." I whimpered.
Rosaline used her scarf to wipe away her tears, before looking at it, ripping it from around her neck, and tossing it out of the prison onto the hard and filthy floor outside. "Promise me we will never clash in an uncivilized fashion."
"I promise." I whispered.
We interlocked our hands for a short time, until her cart was taken away from my grasp. I tried to run after her, but collapsed as soon as I tried to put pressure onto my right leg. Stretching my arm into her direction, Rosaline faded into the crowd, as the rest of the new Milington members were dragged away from their home and their...
She hadn't her sword with her to fight properly her freedom from the arms of the tyrant's minions. Her red scarf, signalling the fact that she lived on Milington's half of Syrrenia so that they knew who to take when the time came, was waving in the air, asking for as much freedom as Rosaline. But it was no use. No matter how much force either of them used, they would never be able to escape the hands of the evil.
I was sprinting towards her, until I tripped and impaled my right leg with a metal rod from one of the broken cages. I screamed, but used the remains of my energy to fight the pain and seek Rosaline's hand.
