After a all out battle that her crew started with an naval force, Captain Rosa lost an eye and got dismembered and decapitated. Some time after the battle, it was discovered by a crew member that she managed to survive it and was able to still move her body parts. Since that happened Rosa wore straps on the chopped of areas to attach her limbs and head but it doesn't mean she will never take the straps off ever and Rosa was also seen as a legend who truly can't die.
