I'll Fix this when I get up XD

I'm Not finished with this yet, so please don't do anything just yet, I still have to change the lower part (the black trousers ) to white, and then shade atop it, to be honest I'm just going to publish skins I deem funny on here now.

This character was Based on the UN as a human, and the reason I didn't give it a name like that of the Germany or Poland ones I did is because I will think about things I may want to add in the future, for example white wings, or extending the suit a bit.
