for the second round of rainys tourney

the prompts I chose were cloud, somewhere, extraordinary, moon and formal.

Somewhere over the rainbow, you can see the clouds, space and the moon.

The hair is supposed to represent the clouds, and its kinda hidden, but if you look closely on the back of the head, you can see a tiny moon hidden. This is because during the day when there is a rainbow while the moon is above the clouds, it may look hidden within the clouds. The black part of the dress is not only supposed to provide contrast, but represent the endless void of space, which can also be found above a rainbow. This is all an extraordinary occurrence in nature, which is why extraordinary is one of the prompts.

Also I tried a somewhat different style with the hair! I thought it would make it more cloud-like!
