Little Ghost

Its a superhero character that I made up and I decided to make a skin out of it.
Its abilities are the basic stuff like super speed, strength, ect. They are not super duper powerful, definitely more than people but not on the level of Spider-Man, maybe a little less than Captain America.
He also has super agility and has super good senses in which he can make a mental map of the area around him.
Theres also so more fantastical such as being able to make tendrils that can pull him towards objects and is able to do some weird magic stuff that involves just strange things.
Speaking of strange, he can produce a weird water vapor like smoke out of his mouth in which can take several properties such as cooling and metal degradation. Also, he can change his eye color.
He is also very smart and makes several gadgets from magical artifacts and gems.
