Request for plupop!

This is my first shot at it, and a starting point we can work from :)

To plupop:
- how are the colours looking? Too bright? Too dull?
- I can switch around where the colours are on the outfit e.g. if u wanted the skirt pink and the top blue
- would you like ears to be seen on the side of the head? Any earrings?
- im not sure if the outfit design is quite right, i can change things :)
- Is the hair right? Do you want that style on the front of the head (like a fringe) or showing more forehead?
- Also about the skirt, what do you think about the stripes at the bottom? I could change the colours or put them in a different spot...
- anything else you would like changed im happy to do <3
