Augustus is an enlightened Mooshroom, cursed with sentience when they found an Ender Eye that was owned by Steve, his farmer. This Eye fused with them, embedding itself in his forehead and giving him human-like intelligence. He fled into the forest and found comfort in the flowers, becoming a botanist and florist, as well as a potion maker.
